In May of 2013. my wife attended a quilting retreat in Ohio. Early each morning I would drive her and her sister to the workshop. Then with our dog Tanner I would go out looking for photographs. Nearly everyday the rain clouds would build until lunch time. Usually the afternoons would be rain so I (and Tanner) returned to the hotel and I did my editing of that morning's photos. Because of this work ethic (and having Tanner along) it is one of my favorite series and memories.
